Hope Hospice Legacy Society

By making a legacy gift to Hope Hospice, through a charitable bequest in your will or living trust, you are assuring that your generosity and support will be long remembered by others in the community and, more important, by the patients and families we serve.

Legacy gifts to Hope Hospice have made a significant difference in the lives of many people in our community at the end of life, as well as those of the loved ones who care for them. Your gift helps us maintain and expand our dementia-care education and grief support programs, funds training for our homecare volunteers, and much more.

An easy way to make a legacy gift is by designating a portion of your estate to Hope Hospice. You can name Hope Hospice as a beneficiary in:

  • Your will
  • Living trust
  • Life insurance plan
  • Retirement plan (such as an IRA roll-over, pension, or other program)
  • Sale of stocks or real estate

Such gifts may save significant taxes for your estate. Please consult your financial planning professional on the best instrument for your situation and goals. Should your situation or choices change during your lifetime, your gift designation is revocable.

If you would like to join the Hope Hospice Legacy Society or have already made provisions to include Hope Hospice in your estate plan, please let us know by completing the Legacy Society form.
